Delivery of Paid Artwork

Unframed prints are delivered for free within Australia via registered express post. International deliveries and framed artworks will incur a fee, determined upon inquiry.

Orders are processed quickly after full payment, with delivery times ranging from 2 to 14 days, depending on location. Digital goods are delivered promptly. If there are issues downloading digital files, please contact ®Carmel Louise for assistance.

Returns and Refunds

®Carmellouise.com follows Australian Consumer Protection legislation. If you wish to return or exchange an item, contact Carmel within 7 days of receiving your order with a valid reason. Return shipping fees are the buyer’s responsibility. Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of ®Carmel Louise.

All artwork from ®Carmel Louise is archival, museum-grade quality, designed to last a minimum of 75 years. The buyer is responsible for proper framing and display to preserve the print's longevity. Carmel Louise is not responsible for any damage resulting from improper framing, placement near heating/cooling vents, or exposure to direct sunlight.
